What it's like
Serendra was Ayala Land's first project in BGC: a 12-hectare residential complex on the east side, made up of One Serendra (Ayala Land Premier) and Two Serendra (Alveo). One Serendra is two towers and four mid-rises set in gardens and lagoon pools. Serendra Piazza on 11th Avenue has restaurants, Market! Market!, Ayala's everyday mall and a BGC Bus hub, is across the road, and SM Aura is a short walk.
It suits families who want green space and a calmer evening, pet owners (some Two Serendra units accept pets, rare in premium BGC buildings), and anyone working on the east side. A 2BR at Two Serendra is about ₱88,000–90,000 a month including dues; One Serendra's bigger 2BRs (131 sqm) are about ₱180,000.
Quieter at night than the center, and High Street is about 10 minutes on foot. International School Manila is about 0.8 km away. The edge facing Market! Market! and the C-5 ramps is the busiest at rush hour. BGC as a whole rarely floods: a detention tank under Burgos Circle holds up to 22,000 cubic meters of storm water and releases it after the rain. The roads out of BGC are another matter, so plan around rush hour and heavy rain (see Getting around).

- Schools: International School Manila (ISM), The British School Manila (BSM) and MGC New Life Christian Academy on University Parkway.
- Health: Healthway Market! Market! for everyday care; St. Luke's Medical Center – Global City is about 1 km away.
- Getting around: Market! Market! is a BGC Bus terminal, with routes to EDSA Ayala and University Parkway (see Getting around).
